14-day returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email shopvelmorajewellery@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Return postage
Return postage is paid by the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, your refund is processed within 14 days, back to your original payment method.

This policy doesn't affect your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under UK distance selling regulations.
